Please be aware that we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue, but make sure you contact the forwarder or customs beforehand.

In most cases you do not have to do anything special. For small and medium orders, the entire customs clearance process is taken care of for you, by the transport or freight company.
But it depends on your country for example in Europe you must apply for a single importer number: EORI. For the United States you must make a prior import declaration. As each case is unique do not hesitate to contact our sales teams.
